  • Corporate finance advisory services for Clients seeking answers to: where to invest the company’s funds or what are the optimal funding sources.
  • Assist Clients in every aspect of financing decision, including advice on optimum capital/debt structure, assessing the available source of finance, identifying the most suitable finance package, implementing plans to raise required funds.
  • The services include analysis of the Client’s strategic direction, operations and activities, financial situation, business and economic environment, market conditions.
  • Our team has access to a wide network of banks, private investors and funds to respond to capital and re-financing needs of companies as well as guiding companies for financial solutions including M&A and Strategic Partnerships.
Mergers & Acquisitions (Deal Structuring)
  • We support our Clients in every step of structuring a deal including M&A, Joint Ventures and Partnerships.
  • Our team leverages several industry knowledge and international connections to execute deals aligned to Clients’ strategic and transactional objectives.
  • We act as the key interface between the Client and other parties and assist with the preparation, review and negotiation of transaction documentations including but not limited to term sheets, share purchase agreements, financing documentations.
  • We provide valuation and due diligence services during the transaction.
Valuation and Due Diligence:
  • Industry, competition and economic analysis.
  • Analysis of the company business plan, financial statements and SWOT analysis.
  • Identification of key value drivers and risk factors. We assess the opportunities for synergies or cost savings.
  • Sensitivity and scenario analysis for alternative business models.
  • Diagnostic review of Client’s cash management for fulfilling a bank’s or any third party’s credit and/or financing requirements.
  • Valuation using several methods (DCF, LBO, Multiples etc.)

Risk Management

We support Clients to measure and assess risks associated with their business, developing strategies, and implementing plans to manage:

  • Set the Strategy Framework top to bottom for all levels, implement Balanced Scorecard approach for entire organization.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships to strengthen the current positon in existing business lines and/or identify potential new business lines.

Organizational Support

  • Define the right organization structure for the company to increase efficiency.
  • Review the job descriptions to address the responsibilities & accountabilities clearly for entire organization.
  • Advise on assessing/hiring key staff for continuous improvement.

Interim Management

  • End to end management involvement/support for a reasonable time period based on company needs.
  • Act as hands on business partner and part of the management team in analyzing the company needs and developing mid/long term strategy, financial, commercial and industry guidelines.
