20 years of experience in finance, M&A, capital markets and project management in London, Dubai, and Istanbul.

Took leading roles and advised clients in transactions with more than USD 25 billion value; including buy side, sell side, as well as capital markets.

Part of the UBS Investment Bank in London between 2003/2007 and advised clients such as Providence, Blackstone, Vodafone, France Telecom, CVC Capital, Orange.

Led the corporate finance and M&A activities of Oger Group between 2007/2017, which had assets in Turkey, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon.

Started his career at Turkcell and his first project was the IPO of the company on New York Stock Exchange and Istanbul Stock Exchange simultaneously.

On entrepreneur side; established Turkey’s first and leading co-working service provider “Workinton” in 2012. Sold his shares and successfully exit his investment in 2017.
